Mr. Manager is a service facilitation platform that connects consumers with verified service providers. We do not process or hold any payments on behalf of consumers or providers. All payments made through the platform are direct transactions between the consumer and the service provider, typically via UPI or other direct gateways.

Payment Processing

When using Mr. Manager, you are directly paying your service provider through various payment methods we facilitate. These transactions are processed through third-party payment processors, and Mr. Manager does not store, retain, or manage any of the funds involved in these transactions.

Refund Responsibility

Once a payment is completed, Mr. Manager is not responsible for issuing refunds, as we do not hold or manage the transaction amount. Any refund request must be directed to the service provider who received your payment.

How to Request a Refund

If you have any concerns regarding a service, delivery, or payment-related issue, please contact your service provider directly to request a refund or resolve the matter.

Dispute Resolution

While Mr. Manager does not process refunds or mediate disputes directly, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent platform for all users.

If you experience an issue with your service provider regarding a refund, missed service, or any disagreement, we recommend the following steps:

  • Communicate directly with the service provider to try and resolve the matter.
  • Use the in-app rating and feedback system to share your experience and help improve platform quality.

Please note that all payments are made directly to the service provider, and Mr. Manager does not hold or control any funds.

We regularly review feedback and may take appropriate action against providers who repeatedly receive negative reports or violate platform policies.

Platform Fees

If Mr. Manager charges any platform fees separately from service provider payments, these fees may be refundable under specific circumstances. Please contact our support team to discuss platform-specific fee refunds.
