These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the "Mr. Manager"mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services").

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and CODE SAMDEVX PRIVATE LIMITED("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Mobile Application and Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Mobile Application or Services.

1. Accounts and Membership

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Mobile Application and Services.
• When creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security.
• You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
• Providing false information may result in account termination.
• You must immediately notify us of unauthorized use or security breaches.
• We may monitor new accounts and reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate this Agreement or damage our reputation.
• If your account is terminated for violation, you may not re-register and we may block your email or IP to prevent further access.

2. Links to Other Resources

• The app may contain links to third-party websites, services, or apps.
• These links do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
• We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party resources.
• Your use of such links is at your own risk, and you should review the terms and policies of those external sites independently.

3. Changes and Amendments

• We may update this Agreement at any time at our discretion.
• Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.
• We may notify users through in-app messages or the contact information provided.
• Your continued use of the app after updates means you accept the new terms.

4. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement.
• You agree to comply with all the terms and conditions herein.
• If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Services.

While Mr. Manager does not process refunds or mediate disputes directly, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent platform for all users.

If you experience an issue with your service provider regarding a refund, missed service, or any disagreement, we recommend:

• Communicating directly with the service provider to resolve the matter
• Using our in-app rating and feedback system to share your experience

Please note that all payments are made directly to the service provider, and Mr. Manager does not hold or control any funds.

We regularly review feedback and may take appropriate action against providers who repeatedly receive negative reports or violate platform policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Mobile Application and Services.

The Company is not liable for any disputes or service quality issues between consumers and service providers, as all transactions are directly between those parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Mobile Application, including but not limited to the logo, name, content, layout, design, and features, are the exclusive property of CODE SAMDEVX PRIVATE LIMITED.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the application or platform without express written permission.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
